Cyrus Todiwala an inspiration

The Independent newspaper in the UK has written an article about Cyrus who supported by his wife Pervin has been running their flagship restaurant Café Spice Namasté for over 22 years.  This is just one of their many restaurants across London with Mr Todiwala's at Hilton Terminal 5 and a new restaurant about to open at the new Curio by Hilton in Canary Wharf.
