This includes a poem written by a mother in 1963 to her son before he migrated from Mombasa to London. The poem has been narrated by the late Mr Noshir Jal Avari, who sadly passed away in February 2026. 

You will also hear a poem produced by a member of the younger generation born here in London. Dara Anklesaria. His poem is a heartfelt expression of gratitude to those who came before us, whose courage and sacrifices created the opportunities we enjoy today.

Accompanying the film is music specially composed and performed by Dara Anklesaria and Kaus Sethna (Persian Note) for the project.
